Private Paediatric Female Pelvis Ultrasound Scans at MUMS Solihull

We offer scanning of the female pelvis via the lower abdomen to look at the uterus and ovaries. These studies can be used to assess delayed puberty or to complement assessment for Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome. They can also be used in the context of pelvic pain.

These studies need a full bladder and we therefore encourage children to drink plenty beforehand. We aim to make girls as comfortable as possible during these scans.
