At MUMS, Dr Adeline provides injections to prevent the sweat gland action under the arm.

The treatment lasts for 6 months and sometimes beyond.

Dr Adeline provides this service on Mondays and Tuesdays at MUMS, Solihull. Dr Adeline provides wrinkle treatment and dermal fillers and other aesthetic procedures.

The actual appointment is approximately 45 mins. A local anaesthetic is administered to numb the area and results are experienced within 5-7 days.

Excessive sweating can be embarrassing, and patients choose to stop this with hyperhidrosis injections at MUMS.

There are several reasons that cause excessive sweating and some conditions such as thyroid problems and diabetes.

Injections to treat this are available. Dr Adeline is experienced in administering this common treatment which MUMS patients claim – change their life.

Using a skilled GP for this treatment is risk free.  We ask you to arrive having shaved under the arms. Any deodorant will be removed by Dr Adeline before treating your excessive sweating area under the armpit. We ask that you avoid tight fitting clothes and avoid alcohol for 24 hours before treatment. We also ask that you refrain from putting deodorant on for a day.
