Pregnancy Care We give you a blood pressure machine so as you can monitor your own blood pressure at home. We find this method of monitoring is a more accurate method for checking that all is well with your blood pressure. We recommend that from 28 weeks onward you take your blood pressure once per week and after 34 weeks twice a week. The normal values are roughly below 135 for the systolic or top reading and 85 for the diastolic or bottom reading. 6 to 10 weeks Booking visit where we discuss the pregnancy, your health, fears and hopes.
