Pregnancy Outcome

MUMS is committed to auditing the outcome of your pregnancy following an appointment with us. By having an 'outcome' we are able to gain useful information regarding the tests we are using and provide you with direct feedback on our overall performance.

Sadly not all pregnancies end in good news but it is important that we capture this information as well as the good news of a birth.

If you could contact the practice as soon as practically possible after the pregnancy has ended this will help us enormously. We have a dedicated audit telephone line where you can leave a message.The outcomes we are interested in are as follows

  • Your name and date of birth
  • Date the pregnancy ended
  • What happenned at the end of the pregnancy eg birth, miscarriage etc
  • What the sex of the baby was if you had a birth
  • Any problems with the baby
  • Any problems for yourself
  • Comments on our service
